Refund Policy
If at any time during the 90-days after your first purchase of Spot On Freeze-Dried Raw Dog Food you're not satisfied, simply contact us, and we’ll provide a one-time refund for the purchase price of one bag from your account history. For customer orders greater than one bag, please contact us for instructions to return the remaining unopened bags of Spot On Dog Food. Once received, we’ll refund your purchase price to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund
Each account holder can only request one refund. Multiple refund requests will not be honored.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
